- PHARMACY COLLECTION:

- Without minimum order.

- We notify as soon as the order is ready for collection.

The collection will be made during business hours at the pharmacy located in Calle Moncayo, 97, Urb. Los Altos, Resid. Vistalmar

- URGENT (Only Spain peninsula)

Home deliveries will be made through the company SEUR and GLS.

Once the shipment of the products has been made, the customer will receive the tracking information that will allow him to arrange the order.

The delivery will be made the next working day to the one of its collection before the 13:30 hours being the shipping costs in the peninsula of 15 euros.

Free for orders over € 59

Home deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday through the company SEUR, GLS OR REDYSER.

There will be no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If you want delivery on a non-holiday Saturday contact us at 966799420 or send an email to info@farmacialosaltos.es, we will inform you if your address has the service and the additional cost of that delivery.

Once the products have been shipped, the customer will receive the tracking information that will allow them to locate the order.

The delivery will be made throughout the next working day to the collection.

Free delivery over 120 €.

- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS:

If the Client is not satisfied with the products purchased, he can return them by exercising the Right of Withdrawal that is attributed to him by Spanish regulations. The maximum term for the return is 14 calendar days from the reception of the order. The aforementioned period will be computed from the reception of the property object of the contract. To make the return for withdrawal, the customer must send an e-mail to farmacialosaltos@yahoo.es indicating the reason for the return and send the product to the pharmacy either by mail or taking it to the store.

In the case of medicines, article 12 establishes that the pharmacy will not be able to accept refunds of the medicines once they have been dispensed and delivered to the client, except for those medicines that have been supplied by mistake, do not correspond with the order or have been damaged during transport. In all cases, the returned medicines will be destined for their destruction, through the integrated systems of existing waste management.

- CONDITIONS OF RETURN:

If the return is due to a defect of origin, damage to the transport or the order sent is wrong, the pharmacy will return the full amount of the order and will be responsible for transport costs after arrival at the pharmacy.

If the return does not occur due to a failure in the process of sending the product, the pharmacy will return only the money corresponding to the returned product, not including shipping costs, provided that it is in perfect condition.
